1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using QR Code Generator (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform”:Refers to the QR Code Generator website and applications.
  • “User”:Refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.
  • “Scan History”:Refers to the cloud database records storing codes scanned or generated by the User.
  • “Account Profile”:Refers to the user identity data, including credentials and uploaded profile pictures.

3. Description of Services

QR Code Generator provides barcode and QR code utilities, including real-time code scanning, custom code generation, profile photo updating, and database syncing.

QR Code Generator employs Firebase secure database structure. Scan log histories and profiles are securely synced to our cloud databases under your authenticated account.

4. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years of age. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Account Registration & Security

Registration is completed via Google Authentication using Firebase.

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, profile access, and all activities under it. Loss of your login credentials may result in loss of access to your Scan History.

6. Free Access and Subscription Terms

  • warningQR Code Generator is not liable for data loss due to lapsed subscription backups (if applicable).

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • • Users may cancel premium subscriptions at any time.
  • • Refund eligibility depends on applicable payment provider policies within 14 days of purchase.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

blockStore illegal materials or barcodes obtained unlawfully
blockUse the Service to distribute malware or phishing links
blockViolate intellectual property rights
blockAttempt to reverse engineer the scanning/generation software
blockInterfere with the platform's security and stability

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, design, structure, and software remain the exclusive property of QR Code Generator. Your Scan History remains exclusively yours.

10. User History & Profile Data Responsibility

  • • You retain sole responsibility for any codes, text, or profile photos submitted to your account.
  • • QR Code Generator cannot review or moderate your private scan history logs due to user privacy controls.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Code Scanner & Generator shall not be liable for:

  • • Indirect or consequential damages
  • • Loss of data due to forgotten account credentials or local device compromise
  • • Unauthorized access resulting from User negligence regarding endpoint security

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR Code Scanner & Generator against claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted error-free service.

We strongly recommend keeping local backups or exporting your scan history log periodically.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if severe security violations occur.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably before legal action.
